Foundations
Imagine the image of giving birth to a child. The pregnancy stage is miraculous where the baby develops his or her fingerprints, where the arms and legs begin to form, and the heartbeat begins to beat. Each stage, each development is a testament to the complexity yet wonderful design of God. Yet the development in the womb needs to be complete; otherwise, a premature baby will struggle to develop and grow. The same can be said in our journey to follow Christ. Sometimes the most important part of our journey is the beginning, the part where we lay a foundation, the part where we are growing the most, but also the most significant roots in our faith. If we don't grow these properly, then like a premature baby, we are weak and are prone to get sick easily, prone to attackes, and just struggle to grow. Here are some resources to lay those foundations for us in this journey of faith.
